Yes! We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. You can book a ride any time—day or night.
We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance to ensure availability. For early morning or high-demand periods, 12–24 hours’ notice is preferred.

Yes. We provide rear-facing, front-facing, and booster seats upon request. Please let us know during booking.
You can book directly through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp (if available). Online booking is fast and secure.
We accept:

- Highway 407 tolls are added if you request to use that route
- Waiting time beyond the free grace period may be charged (as per policy)
- Yes, cancellations are allowed based on our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your pickup to avoid charges.
- Yes, stops can be requested during booking or during the ride. Extra charges may apply depending on duration and distance.
- We monitor flight status in real time. If you provide a valid flight number, your pickup will be automatically adjusted at no extra charge.
- No, gratuity is not included. Tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated for excellent service.
- Contact us immediately. While we’re not liable for lost items, we’ll do our best to locate and return them.
- Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured limousine service operating legally under Ontario regulations
