Cancellation Policy
At Toronto Airport Limo Flat Rate, we strive to offer flexibility and fairness when it comes to adjusting or cancelling reservations. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate our clients’ changing schedules while allowing us to manage driver assignments and scheduling efficiently.
- Free Cancellation Window
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are completely free of charge.
- Partial Refund Window
- Cancellations made between 6 to 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee (if paid online).
- This fee covers unavoidable payment processor charges.
- Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 3 to 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full booking amount.
- These bookings are non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver are already allocated.
- No-Shows
- If the client fails to show up at the pickup location without notifying us in advance, the full fare will be charged and no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your trip for free if requested more than 24 hours before pickup.
- Rescheduling within 6 to 24 hours before pickup is possible but will incur a 10% processing fee if paid online.
- Changes requested within 6 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a new booking and charged in full.
