At Toronto Airport Limo Flat Rate, we value transparency and fairness when it comes to handling refunds. We understand that travel arrangements can change unexpectedly, and we aim to offer a clear, customer-friendly refund process while managing the operational costs involved in every booking.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are eligible only for bookings cancelled in accordance with our cancellation terms (see Cancellation Policy).
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone and must include your name, email, and reason for the refund.
- Online Payment Refunds
- If your booking was paid online via cards or any digital payment method, please note:
- A 10% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
- This deduction covers third-party transaction charges imposed on us at the time of payment.
- We do not profit from this deduction; it strictly offsets unavoidable processing costs.
- Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
- Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made outside of the eligible timeframes.
- Full charges apply if the cancellation occurs too close to the pickup time (see Cancellation Policy).
